Soundwave Studios is Lanarkshires No 1 rehearsal and recording studio. Situated in Coatbridge we are easily accesible from Hamilton, Motherwell, Glasgow and Cumbernauld. We have 3 well equipped rehearsal rooms, a recording studio with full pro-tools set up and an in-house tuition team. ( see tuition page).

We also have in-house repairs and offer PA and instrument hire. (see PA Hire)

Hot and cold drinks are available at the studio and we carry a selection of drumsticks, plectrums, guitar strings and other accessories.

Vigo Thieves – Blood Red released on Soundwave Records

The Vigo Thieves new single “Blood Red” will be released on Soundwave Records on 30th July at The Classic Grand and tickets will be available from Soundwave Studios, any of the bands and Ticket Web.
The CD will feature “Blood Red” single and the Bovine Mix. The single will be available in CD format and also for download on all major digital distributors.

Battle of the Bands

Win a weeks recording worth over £800

Soundwave Studios and Single Skin Promotions will be holding a Battle of the Bands in Coatbridge and Glasgow with the winners walking away with a weeks worth of recording time at Soundwave Studios.

Bands will go through based on crowd votes counted at the end of each night, so make sure you bring along your fans.

Also the band that get the most votes over all 14 nights that dont come first on there night will go through to the next round.

The winning band on each night has to get more than 20 votes to qualify for the free days recording time.
